Ultimate Vegan Egg Taste Test! Are They Worth It?

Today we are trying FIVE different vegan egg alternatives that are available on the market/to make at home and letting you know what we think. Which vegan egg is your favorite?

⋇ Chickpea Scramble ($0.76/serving):

1. Add all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl and whisk until smooth. Add more chickpea flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed to thicken. The mixture should be the consistency of a pancake batter.
2. Heat a medium nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil (recommended). Once warmed, add in the batter. Cooking, mixing often, until the mixture dries out a bit and reaches the consistency of scrambled eggs, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and serve.
