EASY AND QUICK VEGAN MEAL PREP – PLANT BASED "BRASSOI" – SIMPLE VEGAN MEAL



Hey,

Here is an other Cooking Vegan With Peter Episode.

It is a very easy meal that anyone can prep, only few simple ingredients needed.
Do let me know if you have tried it out:)

Ingredients:
-2 potato
-1 can of petit pois – or normal peas
-meat alternative – around 300g
-salt – to taste
-pepper – to taste
-powdered paprika – to taste
-olive oil

PS: We usually eat it with pickled cucumber on the side:)
