Recipe 1: Salsa Verde Turkey and vegetables

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Line baking pan with foil and spray with coconut oil
Place veggies of choice on pan and bake for 15 min.
Cook turkey meat on stove until it is no longer pink.
Add Salsa Verde
Remove veggies from oven
Place veggies and salsa verde turkey in tupperware and place in refrigerator.
Enjoy!

Recipe 2: Spaghetti Squash w/ Ground Turkey

1 Package Ground Turkey Breast (99% Lean)
1 Jar of Low Sugar Low Sodium Marinara Sauce (I use )
1 Spaghetti Squash

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Pierce spaghetti squash with fork and place spaghetti squash in microwave for 10 min.
Let squash cool, cut in half and scoop out seeds.
Place aluminum foil in pan and spray with coconut oil
Place squash in pan and bake for 35-45 min.
Cook Ground Turkey Meat on Stove Top until it is no longer pink, add marinara sauce.
Remove squash from oven, let cool, and then create spaghetti strands by scraping the inside of squash with a fork.
Place food in tupperware and place in refrigerator.
Enjoy!
