Hi all! My name is Amanda! Welcome to my channel! This is my first video, so I am very excited to share it with you all! I definitely appreciate any tips, hints, or feedback you can provide. I’m still learning, but it’s been fun so far!
This week, I have three quick and easy meals to share with you. There’s a Publix Aprons Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings meal kit, Orange Cashew Chicken with Fried Rice, and Tater Tot Casserole.

2 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of sesame oil
2 carrots, diced
1 large onion, diced
2-3 garlic gloves, minced
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp of turmeric
4-5 cups of cooked rice that has been refrigerated
Saute onions and carrots in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Cover skillet and let the carrots soften a bit. Then add garlic and turmeric. Saute for 30 seconds or so. Then add rice and soy sauce. Stir fry rice until heated through. Then add sesame oil and cook for another minute or so.
