It is a great filling main dish with sweet delicious yellow rice and best of all it is healthy.

I will show you how to make quick and easy fragrant rice at home and add some delicious vegan protein. I love rice with vegan protein and I love to use Indian long grain Basmati rice, I find it really great for cooking a vegan rice recipe as a main dish where the rice turns out perfectly where each grain is whole and separate versus having the rice turn our sticky or lumps together. This time I decided to make it & share with you 😊.

This amazing, flavorful rice is to fall in love with.
Tasty & filling, serve with salad or just fresh vegetables.

Recipe:

Fragrant Saffron Like Rice Plov / Pilaf Rice Recipe

The ingredients you’ll need:
Rice
Red onion
Soy chunks
Corn
Carrots
Garlic
Spices

Fry until browned:
1 large red onion diced
1½ cups soy chunks
1 cup corn
4 carrots diced

Then add spices and fry a little bit more.
Spices:
One teaspoon salt
One teaspoon onion powder
One teaspoon garlic powder
One teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp dried chopped onion
2 tbsp dehydrate parsley

Add :
2½ cups rice, washed & strained
mix and then add:
4 cups water
mix and add:
Garlic cloves as much as you want or one head, in the middle of the rice, or cover with rice.
