Easy High Protein VEGAN LASAGNA RECIPE!



The Recipe:

1 Package of lentil lasagna noodles that don’t need to be pre-boiled
1 Large jar of marinara sauce or homemade sauce (recipe is in meatballs and pasta video)
1/2 Package of Beyond Meat® ground beef
KiteHill almond ricotta
1 Bag of mozzarella Daiya® cheese
Fresh basil to accessorize
Garlic
Sauce garlic with beyond meat ground beef. Layer lasagna:

Ricotta
Mozzarella
Noodles
Sauce
Beyond meat
Ricotta
Mozzarella
Noodles
Sauce
Mozzarella
Bake at 400 for 40-45 mins covered by aluminum foil
