INGREDIENTS LIST:

For the PATE:
3/4 cups sunflower seeds (soaked)
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
garlic powder or raw garlic
salt
pepper
1 tblspn olive oil
1/4 lemon juice
lemon zest

For the WRAP:
collard green
basil
cucumber
carrot
apple
spinach
sunflower sprouts
