Super nutritious sambar with simple ingredients. we have Moringa tree at home, tree is some 30 years old. Everyday morning starts with collecting drumsticks, Neighbours buy drumstick and drumstick leaves from home. my mother make drumstick sambar/ Keerai/Soup repeatedly.

துவரம் பருப்பு / Toor Dal – 1 Cup
பாசிப்பருப்பு / Moong Dal – 1/2 Cup
முருங்கை கீரை / Drumstick Leaves
சின்ன வெங்காயம் / Small Onion – 15 Nos
பூண்டு / Garlic – 10 Pieces
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli – 1
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
