3 Quick and Easy Vegan Meal Ideas!



Hey guys! This video is for those who are on the go and don’t have time to be in the kitchen for hours. These are 3 quick meal/snack ideas, I hope you all enjoy this video. INGREDIENTS
Hummus:
– 1 1/2 cup of Chickpeas
– 3 cups of sesame seeds (for tahini) (needs too be 3 or the consistency won’t be creamy)
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 1/4 cup of Water
– Juice of 1 Lemon
– Yellow Onion (1/4 chopped) (optional can use garlic instead)
– Salt (optional- I didn’t use any in the video)
Mushroom Wrap:
– Portabello Mushrooms (sliced)
– 1 Green Bell Pepper
– 1/2 Yellow Onion
– Tortillas
– Seasoning
– Cooking Oil
Grilled “Cheese” & Tomato Soup
– 1 can of tomato soup
– Sliced bread
– Slices of Vegan Cheese
– Vegan/Plant Butter
– Oregano (optional)
