Whats up guys !! we hope you are all doing well ☺

With this vlog we show you guys the simple steps we follow to prep meals and stay ahead of the game to make sure we never miss meal and keep improving ! This is out longest vlog yet so let us know what you guys think and if you like the detail or not – we are always open to feedback ☺ the leg workout was really simple, we stuck to basic exersizes and instead of doing loads of different exersizes we stuck to a total of 3 and did more sets:

– Back squat 6 sets 5-20 (pyramid)
– Leg extensions 5 x 20
– Hamstring curls 5 x 20
