DIY Easy and Quick Back To School | Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast Breakdown:
1. Eggs & Oats
-1 whole egg
-3 tablespoons of egg whites
-sea salt

2. Green eggs & veggies
-1 whole egg
-3 tablespoons of egg whites
-1 handful of fresh spinach
-1 zucchini
-3 vine tomatos
-1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil

3. Green Smoothie
-1 handful of fresh spinach
-1/4 cup of coconut milk unsweetened
-1 scoop of any vanilla protein power
-1 fresh peach
-1 medium sized banana
