Daal Kay Kabab:

Bengal gram (boiled) ½ kg
Onions 2
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Green chilies 6
Potatoes (Boiled) 2
Eggs 2
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Mace ½ tsp
Whole cumin seeds 2 tsp
Whole coriander 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 2 tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
Oil as required

Now, in a pan add boiled Bengal gram , water, Whole cumin seeds, crushed red chili, salt, fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste, mace, all spice powder let it cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Heat on high flame, water dries and cool it.
In a chopper, chopped lentils mixture and boiled potatoes.
After this, add beaten eggs, mint leaves, green chilies, onions and finely chopped ginger. Lastly make the kabab and fry as required oil. Delicious Daal kay kabab is ready.

Kabab Roll:


Seekh kabab 1 packet
Chapatti 4
Onion rings as required
Chutney as required

Fry Seekh kabab now put these Seekh kabab on chapatti and add onion rings and chutney then roll and serve it.

Khubani Ka Meetha:


Apricot 250gm
Cream 1packet
Saffron ½ tsp
Sugar 4tbsp
Milk 1liter
Rose water 1tsp
Almond, pistachios 100gm
Milk powder 1cup
Corn flour 4tbsp


Soak apricot over night , now deseed them and grind , now add this ground apricot in a pan with saffron cook till thick, now in another pan heat milk when it boils add 4 tbsp sugar , corn flour , cook till thick , now add rose water , powder milk , almonds and pistachios now dish out this milk mixture add apricot , lastly garnish with cream ,pistachios and almonds .
