INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium size onion chopped
• 1 capsicum chopped
• 7-8 beans chopped
• 1 carrot chopped
• 3-4 garlic cloves chopped
• 2 tsp red Kashmiri chilli powder
• 3 tsp salt or to taste
• ½ tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper)
• 1 tsp oregano leaves
• 3 tsp maida (plain flour)
• 5-6 tsp butter
• 250 grams processed cheese
• 6 lasagne sheets
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 cup milk
• 1.5 or 200 cup tomato puree

Recipe –
• Today we will prepare veg Lasagne which is an Italian dish and liked by everyone.
• Heat a pan and add 2 tea spoon butter, then let it melt
• Add chopped garlic, stir for 1 minute until it gets brown
• Add chopped onion and let it get translucent in 2-3 minutes
• Add chopped beans, carrots and capsicum
• Stir for 2-3 minutes and put the lid for 2-3 min on medium flame until vegetables gets soft
• Add Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Stir for 2 minutes then add 1.5 tomato puree
• Add 1 tsp salt
• Stir for 2 min and mix it properly
• keep the lid on for 3-4 min then turn off the flame
• Now start preparing white sauce
• Heat a pan and add 3 tsp butter and let it melt
• Add 3 tsp plain flour
• Stir fast for 2-3 minutes
• Add 1 cup milk and stir fast to avoid lumps
• Add oregano
• Add ½ tsp salt
• Stir for 2-3 minutes until it gets thick then then turn off the flame
• Now start boiling lasagne sheets
• Heat a pan and add 3-4 cup water to boil
• Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil
• Boil all lasagne sheets one by one in it for 20-30 seconds then turn off the flame
• Take a square oven proof box and keep oven in pre heated state at 180 degree for 10 minutes
• Apply oil at the base and sides of pan
• Add 1 layer of lasagne sheets
• Add one layer of white sauce
• Add one layer of red sauce
• Add one layer of cheese
• Add 1 layer of lasagne sheets again
• Repeat white sauce, red sauce and cheese layer again
• Repeat layer of lasagne sheets
• Add cheese layer on top of it
• Cover it with aluminium foil
• Keep it inside the oven for 15 minutes
• After 15 minutes removed aluminium foil and keep again for 5 minutes in the oven with top grill switched on
• After 5 minutes remove it from oven and veg lasagne is ready
