-3/4 a cup of Oats
-A handful of chopped Almonds
-1 tbsp of Chia Seeds (optional)
-2 tbsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-A pinch of salt
-2 tbsp of Liquid Sweetener
-1 cup of water (or plant based milk)
-1 medium Orange (juice)
-Topping combination options: fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate shavings, orange zest)

-1 medium Banana (or 2 small ones)
-1/2 a cup of Oats
-1/2 a tbsp of Baking Powder
-1/2 a tbsp of Cinnamon
-1/4 a tsp of Salt
-1/2 a tsp of Vanilla Extract or (1/4 a tsp of Vanilla Sugar)
-1/2 a cup of Plant Milk of choice
-Optional toppings: Fruit, Nut Butter, Nuts, Chocolate, Liquid Sweetener

~Summer Rolls:
-Rice Paper
-Hot water
-Vegetables you have available (recommend 4 different veggies)
-Black Pepper
