Chana Masala Burger
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Aalo (Potatoes) boiled & cut in cubes ½ kg
-Safed chanay (Chickpea) boiled 2 Cups
-Jalapenos chopped 3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
-Baisan (Chickpea flour) 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Burger buns
Assembling:
-Green chilli sauce
-Sev nimco
-Green chilli sauce
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices
-Kheera (Cucumber) slices
-Jalapenos slices
-Tamarind sauce

Directions:
-In a bowl,add potatoes,half quantity of chickpeas & mash well with the help of masher.
-Now add remaining chickpeas & mash coarsely.
-Add jalapenos,ginger garlic paste,onion,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder,chaat masala,salt,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add chickpea flour & mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make patties of equal sizes (120g each).
-Grease frying pan with cooking oil & fry patties on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 9).
-In a bowl,add melted butter,dried parsley,garlic & mix well.Garlic herbed butter is ready!
-Apply garlic herbed butter on burger buns & toast on low flame until golden brown.
Assembling:
-Dip the sides of fried patty with green chilli sauce & coat with sev nimco.
-On a burger bun,add & spread green chilli sauce,add tomato,cucumber,fried patty,jalapeno slices & drizzle tamarind sauce.
-Serve with green chilli sauce & tamarind sauce.

Directions:
-Bowl mein aalo aur safed chanay ki half quantity dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Ab baqi bachay hoye safed chanay dal ker coarsely chop ker lein.
-Jalapenos,adrak lehsan paste,pyaz,zeera,lal mirch crushed,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder, dhania powder,chaat masala,namak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture la ker ek jaisay sizes ka patties tayyar ker lein (120g each).
-Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur patties ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (makes 9).
-Bowl mein melted makhan,dried parsley aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Garlic herded butter tayyar hai!

-Burger buns per garlic herbed butter laga lein aur halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak toast ler lein
Assembling:
-Fried patty ki sides ko green chilli sauce mein dip ker lein aur sev nimco mein coat ker lein.
-Burger bun mein green chilli sauce dal ker pheela lein,tamatar,kheera,fried patty,jalapeno slices aur tamarind sauce dal dein.
-Top bun ki side per green chilli sauce dal ker pheela lein aur patty ka upper rakh ker burger bana lein.
-Green chilli sauce & tamarind sauce ka saath serve karein.
