Ingredients List:
Chickpea + Sweet Potato Filling
4-6 Sweet potatoes
1 can of chickpeas (15-16 oz.)
Fenugreek seeds (1 tbsp)
1 small sweet/white onion (diced)
1/2 of a small red onion
1 small to medium-sized bell pepper (your choice of color)
1-2 tbsp Jerk seasoning/spicy curry powder to taste (optional)
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Perfect Side: Pan-seared Kale
Your choice of seasonings
Your choice of added veggies (i.e. peppers/onions etc.)
White cooking wine (optional)
1 tsp Vegan butter/olive oil/grapeseed oil/avocado oil (optional)
