This recipe is a part 2 of the Peanut Satay Sauce I have uploaded on Monday. That will be the dipping sauce you can use for this recipe. What I love about Fresh Veggie Spring Roll is that it can easily be modified. The most important ingredients you should have here are the leaves, carrots, cucumber, avocado and pepper. From there you can add according to the ingredients you have available. I added tofu just last minute as my protein.
