Crispy & healthy Sooji Vegetable Pan Cake Recipe /Easy Breakfast recipe in 15 minutes

Ingredients :

1 cup suji( semolina, Rava)
1/4 Dahi (curd)
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt (as taste)
rest for 10 mins

1/2 Capsicum chopped
1/2 carrot 🥕chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 sweetcorn
you can add ur choice of veggies
2 tsp oil for stir fry the veggies
1/2 tsp salt
1 or 2 green chillies (as required)
1 tsp Chilli flakes (as required)
1/2 tsp Eno ( fruit salt)with 2 tbsp water
extra water as required 1 or 2 tbsp
3 tsp oil for making suji pan cake
