Hey guys! Today I am sharing with you some of my favorite meals that I cook for my family that are easy and tasty. Below are the ingredients and instructions for you to make them on your own. I hope you enjoy!

BEEFY TACO & GREENS BEANS
1 beefy taco package
1 lb ground beef
1 cup of milk
4 cups of water
seasoning from package
noodles from package (add in extra noodles if wanted)
1 can ranch style beans
-cook the ground beef on the stove top. once all of the meat is cooked, stir in the water, milk, taco seasoning and pasta. cook on medium heat and top with a glass lid. add in ranch style beans and continue cooking until liquid has decreased to your liking.

SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS
4 pork chops
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup of flour
1-2 cups of chicken broth
2 tbsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
fresh parsley
-add 2 tbsp butter and olive oil into a pan on medium/high heat. salt and pepper the pork chops and place into the pan. sear the top and bottom of the pork chops until brown. take off of the pan and set aside. turn down the stovetop to medium heat and add in the remaining ingredients. stir well (making sure flour is not clumping) and add back in the pork chops. flip every 5 minutes and top with a glass lid. once the inside of the pork chops is done…take out and top with parsley.

FETA BRUSSEL SPROUTS
2 cups of dry brussel sprouts
1 red onion
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 cup of feta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
-begin by cutting the stem off of the vessel sprouts and then chop them each in half. peel and chopped the onion into bite size pieces and add into a dish on the stove top with oil/butter that is melting. cook on medium heat until the Brussel sprouts are soft and browning on the edges, making sure to stir every few minutes. take off of the heat and let cool. top with feta cheese and salt and pepper.

CROCKPOT BEANS & RICE
1 lb pinto beans
1 cups of rice
1 can rotel
1 Lipton onion soup mix
1 white/yellow onion, chopped
8 cups of water
2 tbsp beef bouillon powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
-rinse off the beans and place into the crockpot. add in the water, bouillon powder, rotten, garlic powder, chopped onion and onion soup mix. cook on low for 8-10 hours or until beans are soft. cook the rice according to your preference. combine 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of beans into a bowl. top with shredded cheese and enjoy with a side of cornbread.
