Healthy Vegetarian Skillet Recipe 280 calories (1 serving)
1 whole wheat tortilla strips
2 oz red onion
1 tsp olive oil
4 oz white potato
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 ground ginger
3 oz tomato sauce
2 oz spinach
1/4 cup peas, boiled
In a large pan heat, add olive oil then and garlic, and onion.
