Bihari Dum Gosht :

Ingredients:
Beef ½ kg
Yogurt 100 gm
Papaya Paste 2-3 tbsp
Fried & Ground Onions 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
All spice Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Roasted & Ground Chickpea 4 tbsp
Mustard Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all together in a bowl .Now steam with oil lastly give coal smoke and serve with lemon, salad leaves and onions.

Gajar Methi ki Sabzi :

Ingredients:
Sliced carrots ½ kg
Chopped fenugreek leaves 2 cups
Oil ½ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Sliced onions 2 medium
Tomatoes 3
Ginger + green chilies (paste) 1 inch piece+(3-4)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice of 1lemon

Method:
Heat oil then add cumin seeds and let it splutter now add onion, garlic and let it get golden. Then add carrots, tomatoes, paste of ginger and green chilies, salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder and cook till carrots get soft. When gravy gets done then adds fenugreek leaves and cooks on high flame. Add lemon juice and serve.
