What I Used:
Breakfast: French Toast
2 sliced thick milk bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla extract
Butter for cooking

Lunch: Salmon Rice Bowl inspired by Emily Mariko
Soy sauce
Sesame Oil
Dried Seaweed

Chocolate Chip Cookies
½ cup sugar
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Dinner: Chili Garlic Oil Noodles
Thick ribbon noodles “Kuan Miao Sliced Noodles”
Chili flakes
Minced Garlic
Light soy sauce
Chinese Black Vinegar
Cooking oil
Chili Oil
Bok choy

Late Night Snack: Tofu Kimchi
Fried Kimchi
Firm tofu
Sesame OIl
Sesame Seed
