Masala Kaleji

Mutton liver 1kg
Vinegar 4tbsp
Oil 1cup
Onion sliced 2
Ginger paste 2tbsp
Garlic paste 2tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chili sauce 2tbsp
Sriracha sauce 2tbsp
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
All spice 1tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Coriander to garnish
Ginger julienne to garnish
Dried fenugreek to garnish
Lemon wedges to garnish

Add ginger garlic and vinegar in liver , leave it for 15 min ,now wash liver with water , then add yoghurt , red chili powder , turmeric powder , ginger garlic paste , sriracha and chili sauce mix well and keep aside , now heat oil in a pan fry onion till brown , now add liver , cover and cook , once water is reduced then add tomato puree, salt, whole spice , cover and cook till oil comes on top , then add dried fenugreek , coriander , green chilies , ginger julienne and serve with lemon wedges .

Ribbon Sandwiches

White sandwich loaf 1
Brown sandwich loaf 1
Ketchup as required
Butter 8 ounce
Cream cheese to spread
Ingredients for chutney filling
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint 15 leaves
Green chilies 6
Salt ½ tsp
Desiccated coconut ½ cup
Garlic 1 tsp
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Green color ¼ tsp
Ingredients for egg filling
Boiled eggs mashed 4
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yellow color 1 pinch
Mustard paste ½ tsp

Method for chutney:
Blend all together.

Method for filling
Mix all together in mashed eggs.

Cut both the sandwich loafs in lengthwise slices, take 4 slices of white bread and 4 slices from brown bread, remove corner edges, spread with softened butter lavishly, mayonnaise or cream cheese, then spread the first layer with green chatni, top with brown bread slice, spread lavishly with softened butter, mayonnaise or cream cheese, top with egg filling, cover with the third white bread slice, again spread lavishly with butter, top with ketchup, cover with the final slice of bread, butter side on the ketchup, now cover this loaf in a wet napkin, freeze for 1 hour, after 1 hour when sandwiches are nearly frozen, cut them into slices with a sharp knife, serve garnished with finely shredded salad leaves and shredded carrots.

Baked Alaska

Make sponge cake of 2 eggs
Mixed fruits chopped ½ cup
Glazed cherries chopped 4 tbsp
Any jam 2-3 tbsp
Mixed fruit syrup to soak
Vanilla ice cream ½ cup
Caster sugar ½ cup
Cream of tartar pinch


Make sponge cake with 2 eggs in a 8 inch round pan, spread your egg sponge in an ovenproof round dish, spread with pineapple syrup, slightly beat ice cream, add in mixed fruit, glazed cherries, spread this on top of the cake, put it in the freezer to harden, beat egg whites very stiff with sugar and cream of tartar and vanilla essence. Now put this meringue on top of the ice cream and bake on 200degree until meringue turns golden, garnish with any cake sprinkles, serve immediately.
