Reshmi Chicken

Boneless chicken ½ kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Papaya paste 2 tsp
Green chili paste 2 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salad leaves for serving

Hrat oil and add ginger garlic paste and chicken then fry on high heat .when chicken golden brown then add black pepper ,turmeric ,chaat masala ,papaya paste ,green chili paste ,soy sauce ,chili sauce ,salt and all spices add and roast it well .finally add salad leaves and serve .

Podinay Ka Raita

Boiled potatoes ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Green chili 1
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp

In a bowl whisk yogurt, add boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, mint leaves, green chili and crushed garlic. Mix well and serve.

Safaid Lobia Pulao

White kidney beans 2 cups
Rice (soaked) ½ kg
Whole all spices 2 tsp
Chicken cube 1
Green chilies 6
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Garlic (whole) 1 bunch
Ginger 50 gm
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Oil ½ cup
Fresh coriander ½ bunch

Heat oil and fry whole all spices. Then add onion and fry until golden. Now add ginger garlic and green chilies. Fry well. Then add green chickpeas. Fry properly. Now in 2 cups of water add fennel seeds and coriander seeds. Cook well. Then add this mixture into White kidney beans mixture. Now add chicken cube, crushed black pepper and salt. Cook well until the White kidney beans are cooked. Then add soaked rice and cook well. Once the water is dry add mint leaves, fresh coriander and all spice powder. Cover and cook. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
