Sara's Easy Vegan Meal Prep : Homemade Burritos for $2/serving – 100% Plant-based Recipes by PlantX



I don’t know about you but I have troubles trying to figure out what to meal prep or have for lunch. So any times I get frustrated and end up spending my money on eating out.

These burritos are the best to meal prep as they are so affordable, easy to make and they are healthy.

I made a total of 8 burritos (7 I meal prepped and the last one I ate after filming because they are so good)

I grabbed all the ingredients from XMarket (as you might have saw in my last video). I wanted to break down the price so you could see how affordable this recipe is:

1 can of black beans (Eden Organic) – $3.99
1 pack of Taco Stuff’er (The Very Good Butchers) – $8.99
1 pack of cheddar style vegan cheese (Violife) – $5.99
1 pack of whole wheat tortillas (La Tortilla Factory) – $5.89

Total (before tax): $24.86
Total for each burrito: $3.12

273 calories/ burrito
30 grams of Carbohydrates
14 grams of Fat
18 grams of Protein
