Butter Yogurt Chops

Ingredients:
Mutton chops ½ kg
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies 6
Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
Tomatoes 4
Butter 100 gm
Papaya paste 1 tbsp

Method:
Marinate the mutton chops with yogurt, all the spices, ginger garlic paste and papaya paste for about 1 hour. Then heat butter and add the chops. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Now add tomatoes, fresh coriander and green chilies. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Sabut Masoor Pulao

Ingredients:
Red lentil 2 cups
Rice 2 cups
Onions 2
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 10
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chicken cube 1
Oil ½ cup

Method:
Wash the red lentil and boil it in four glasses of water. Then sieve it and set aside. Now heat oil and fry the onions. Then remove the half fried onions and set aside. Now add ginger garlic and whole all spice, fry well. Add water. Then add water, mint leaves, tomatoes, chicken cube, green chilies, salt, soaked rice and boiled lentil. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Classic Butter Tea

Ingredients:
Milk ½ liter
Sugar as required
Margarine 2 tbsp
Tea leaves 2 tbsp
Water 4 cups

Method:
In a pot, add water and tea leaves. Cook on a low flame. Then in another pot boil the milk on a low flame. Now add sugar and allow it to cook for a while. Then add margarine and beat for about 2-3 minutes. Lastly serve hot.
